Attention Parents! Today your student will bring home exciting information regarding Park Hill’s annual FundRun, which will take place on May 4! Help our school by encouraging donations from friends, family and neighbors so that we may reach our goal of raising $30,000! Donations will be collected by class on Friday, April 20, 27 and May 4. Your student will receive a prize for ANY donation they bring in! Don’t forget to mark your calendar and get ready to cheer on the students.  The race schedule is included in your child’s FundRun packet.

Ever wonder who takes care of the chickens at our school?  Hopefully YOU!  The Park Hill Chicken Co-op is currently comprised of about seven families, and we are looking for new members.  Membership requires caring for our five chickens one day a week for only a few months out of the year.  It’s a bonding and educational experience for a family, teaching kids the importance of sustainability and self-sufficient living in an urban environment.  And those fresh eggs. . . an added bonus (so delicious)!  Please email Robyn Longfellow at to learn more.
