What Can I Do To Help?
Donations are the first step in making auction successful.
Families are asked to bring in two donation items. These donations are what makes this event so wonderful with the support from all of the families at the school, we would not be able to support our students in the manor that we are able to with the funds raised at the auction. There are extra donation forms in the school office or you can enter the information online now by clicking here.
The deadline for all donations is
Feb. 1, 2017 never, but we would much prefer to have them prior. If you have any questions regarding donations, please contact our Acquisitions Chair, Sara Holmes at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please turn in your donations at the school office and note which class you have a child in.
Physical Items or Experiences
Examples: restaurant gift certificates, hotel stays, memberships, photography, personal training sessions, piano lessons, handyman hours, event tickets, jewelry, pottery, wine (Mayfair is offering a discount for families donating to the Park Hill auction), bike tune-up, facials, condo stays, lift tickets, etc..
These are items (usually activities) with a specified number of shares, each for a set price. (example: $25 per share, 10 shares)
Examples: soccer team training, chef tasting dinner, wine tasting, mom prom, poker party, Bunco night etc. Bidders can buy one (or more) shares at the auction.

If you can’t be at the auction, but would still like to support Park Hill, you are welcome to donate directly. We accept cash (in person at the school) or checks made out to the Park Hill PTSA. Please write “Auction” in your check’s memo section. Checks can be mailed to:
